KidzWish offers Support Workers who will provide children and young adults with domestic support, personal care and help provide access to the community. Support Workers will attend clients’ homes, KidzWish House and access the community as required by the clients.
Tasks will specifically involve:
- Assistance with self- care: in home showering, toileting, mealtime assistance
- Assistance with personal domestic activities: cleaning, shopping, organising
- Assistance to access community -based social and recreational activities: attending sporting or cultural events, medical/ therapy appointments etc.
- Assistance to access centre-based social and recreational activities: music and dance, Sports Academy

Funding sources
KidzWish Support Workers are for children aged 0-18 years living in the Illawarra region. We are currently accept direct fee and referrals from the below funding packages National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
