KidzWish is governed by an elected Board of Directors. Their role and responsibility is to establish the strategic direction of the organisation and oversee business performance.


  • Mitchell Henry
    Mitchell Henry, Chairperson

    Mitchell is the owner of Specialised Bagging Solutions and been supporting KidzWish for the past four years.

    Mitchell is very excited to be involved in the direction and future of our local charity. His passion is to work with and help children that are sick, disabled and disadvantaged. "I am looking forward to strategically working with the KidzWish Board, and building an engaging and innovative culture that will challenge our teams throughout the organisation."

    Mitchell Henry has been the Managing Director of Specialised Bagging Solutions for 3 years, working with a national business to bag 20kg bags of Australian Builders cement.

  • Franca Venetico
    Franca Venetico, Vice Chairperson

    Franca is a passionate customer experience leader who has achieved commercial results in challenging operational and sales environments, delivered with uncompromising focus on the customer. She has 18 years’ experience in banking and health insurance across product development, pricing, sales and service, marketing, operations and process improvement. Most notably, Franca created a market-leading customer experience (CX) design, Delivery and Voice of Customer analytics, to deliver market share and profitable growth.

    Franca enjoys immersing herself in all cultural aspects of travelling, like learning to salsa in Cuba. She speaks Italian and French and enjoys doing anything creative, pilates and theatre-going.

  • Heather Kennedy
    Heather Kennedy, Treasurer

    “KidzWish has a strong strategic plan and a clear direction for the Charity over the next 5 years. The Board of Directors fully endorses the mission of the charity in helping children who are sick, disadvantaged or living with a disability. I believe that volunteering my time to KidzWish as Treasurer is more than assisting the cause but it’s a lasting legacy of support, love and laughter.”

    Heather Kennedy is the Manager and Senior Accountant of K.I.S. Accounting & Bookkeeping Professionals. In this capacity she has lead a team of Accountants, Consultants and Bookkeepers supporting SME’s (including Not-for-Profits) in the Illawarra and around Australia for the past 20 years.

    Natasha Nutt, Director

    Natasha is an Occupational Therapist and the owner of Movementum, an Occupational Therapy practice that specialises in the support of individuals with disabilities and their carers. 

    Natasha has been an Occupational Therapist for 20 years and has dedicated her practice to helping individuals with disabilities receive great care at home, while supporting care workers to be well trained to minimise their risk of injury while caring for others.  Natasha has worked in collaboration with care organisations, group homes, hospitals, equipment suppliers, universities, Government agencies and hundreds of families and care workers. 

    Natasha sees the impact of disability on the families that she works with, therefore is thrilled to support KidzWish and their goal to provide quality services and joy-filled experiences to children with disabilities and their families.
