The KidzWish Foundation is a non profit organisation benefiting sick, disabled and disadvantaged children.
The Foundation was founded by Chris Beaven in 2004.
Since then KidzWish has entertained thousands of children at the Christmas Party for Special Children held each year at The WIN Entertainment Centre. Each year KidzWish is helping more children with the introduction of the Love and Laughter program, which has given children and their families support through providing specialised wheelchairs, swimming lessons, home and car modifications as well as funding for programs and items that promote fun and laughter.
More recently, KidzWish has purchased KidzWish Place; a home for the chairty that provides special children with therapy services such as physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. In 2010 we will introduce family support programs such as parent morning teas, family support seminars and music and dance classes for the children.
